🚗 IMPORTANT: Must Be Willing to Travel Throughout ALL of Prince William County

Caregivers must be willing and able to travel to client homes throughout our entire service area, including:

• Dumfries

• Triangle

• Woodbridge

• Dale City

• Manassas

• Manassas Park

• Bristow

• Gainesville

• Haymarket

Please apply only if you are willing to travel throughout these areas. Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license are required. Applicants should be comfortable traveling to different client locations based on scheduling needs.

Caregiver Requirements

All applicants must meet the following requirements:

• Current CNA, HHA, or PCA certification (Required)

• High school diploma or GED

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

• Excellent professional and personal references

• Genuine compassion and a desire to help others

• Strong communication skills and a professional attitude

• Honesty, integrity, patience, and dependability

• Ability to successfully complete Comfort Keepers orientation and required training

• Willingness to comply with applicable drug and alcohol testing policies

• Must meet company bonding requirements

Pre-Employment Screening

Successful applicants must satisfactorily complete:

• Criminal background investigation

• Motor vehicle record review, as applicable

• Professional and personal reference checks

• Required onboarding, training, and orientation
